
Another day in the gym lifting weights, with one last set to go. My back against the wall due to the wave of exhaustion from previous sets. I almost gave in, I almost stopped. Before I can, the person next to me finishes their set, dropping their weights to the ground like Thor with his hammer. The ‘bang’ of those weights triggers a force within me. A strength rises up, and I ‘BANGHARD’ to push out that last set. The soreness is worth the gain, the challenge of surpassing the limits of the you from previous days.
